Our roots
The word Synarchy, from ancient Greek, means “ruling together”—the opposite of hierarchy. It represents a way of leading where people and nature are not separate, but part of the same living system.
At Synarchy, nature is not something we escape to. It's something we return to as a guide, teacher, and mirror.
We bring the intelligence that's sustained life for billions of years into the rooms where decisions are made and cultures are shaped.

I bridge two worlds. 15 years in corporate leadership with WPP, Microsoft, Coca-Cola, Olympics, Warner Bros and 4 months living with an Indigenous community in the Amazon rainforest, learning what modern systems have forgotten. That contrast shaped everything Synarchy now offers.
From Ancient Wisdom….
After years of measuring success by speed and efficiency, I stepped into the rainforest and experienced a completely different way.
I watched indigenous leaders guide through reciprocity, not extraction. I learned how decisions are made with the next seven generations in mind. I felt what it's like when you see yourself as part of nature, not separate from it.
That experience didn't just change how I see leadership. It became the foundation of everything Synarchy now offers.
Indigenous peoples are 5% of the world's population, yet they protect 80% of Earth's remaining biodiversity. How? Simply, through connection. Not policy.
I’ve chosen to walk a path of relational learning with Indigenous elders and wisdom keepers, spending time on their lands and learning directly from their teachings on reciprocity, and right harmonious relationship with the Earth.
These are not lessons you download. They’re shared through presence, humility, and trust. And they live through everything Synarchy offers.
